Let's talk about Nichole. 

She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Certified Nutrition Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion. Over the past decade, She has dedicated my career to helping women simplify fitness and nutrition so they can feel confident, strong, and energized.

She also a wife to my super extroverted husband and a mom of two amazing kids. When She is not coaching, you’ll find her savoring her morning coffee, enjoying ice cream, or heading out on family walks after dinner (only in the warm weather. Summer is her FAVORITE season!). And most importantly, her faith in Jesus is the cornerstone of everything she does.​
