What to expect with my coaching?

  • Initial Assessment: You've officially said YES!! Woohoo. Now, you will fill out an online personal assessment to get you started with your personalized nutrition plan. Prior to check out you will be prompted to complete this form. This is the first step in creating your personalized macro/calorie needs. Nichole will be in touch within 2 business days with your next steps to get started on your specific path. Your workout will launch immediately upon check out. 

  • Access Workouts: Track progress, measurements, and before/after photos.

  • Balancing Energy (AKA: Calories): Learn to track foods without feeling overwhelmed so that you can take control of your journey. You will have weekly support and feedback from me. 

  • Weekly habit coaching: Received weekly notifications directly to your phone with habit prompts to keep you accountable and encouraged which leads to sustainable change. Having gentle reminders helps you stay focused on your important goals. 

  • Weekly Check-Ins and Bi-Weekly Calls: Check-in forms and Zoom calls to help support you every single weeks. We will do a lot of celebrating!

  • Message me 24/7: Top-level support. I only take on a limited number of Online clients. This ensures I can dedicate ample time and personalized attention to each of you, helping you crush your goals with confidence and care. You can message me anytime. My office hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3pm PST.

NICHOLE MINTON

I'm a Northwest-based personal trainer with southern roots. My heart is dedicated to empowering women in their fitness and wellness journey. Beyond the fitness realm, I'm a wife, a mom, and a lover of warm weather and good ice cream. I have a bachelor's degree in health promotion from Arkansas State University and certified in both group exercise and personal training. 

I specialize in women's fitness because I understand the unique challenges we face. From juggling responsibilities to navigating the ever-changing landscape of health advice, I'm here to simplify the process and guide you to a place of strength and confidence.

I believe in the power of simplicity. Fitness doesn't have to be complicated or overwhelming. It's about finding joy in movement, savoring delicious meals, and creating a sustainable lifestyle that aligns with your unique self.
