A little more about myself.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Certified Nutrition Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion. Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women simplify fitness and nutrition so they can feel confident, strong, and energized.
I’m also a wife to my super extroverted husband and a mom of two amazing kids. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me savoring my morning coffee, enjoying ice cream, or heading out on family walks after dinner (only in the warm weather. Summer is my FAVORITE season!). And most importantly, my faith in Jesus is the cornerstone of everything I do.
