Dream big!

You may feel a mix of excitement and guilt when you decide to focus on yourself. On one hand, you’re eager to finally prioritize your health and build strength, but on the other, it’s hard to shake the belief that your family’s needs should always come first.

Balancing work, motherhood, and the endless to-do lists often leaves little time or energy for your own goals. You might even question whether investing in yourself is selfish or worth it, especially when progress feels slow or uncertain.

But deep down, you know that creating healthier habits and becoming stronger isn’t just for you—it’s for your family, too.

When you feel your best, you’re able to show up as the confident, capable person they need.

A little more about myself.

I'm a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition-Certified Nutrition Coach, and hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Arkansas State University. For 15+ years, I've helped women ditch diet culture and build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that actually fit real life — no extremes, no guilt, just steady progress you can stick with.

I'm also a wife to my super extroverted husband and a mom of two amazing kids. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me savoring my morning coffee, enjoying ice cream, or heading out on family walks after dinner (only in the warm weather — summer is my FAVORITE season!). And most importantly, my faith in Jesus is the cornerstone of everything I do.
