With structured weekly workouts, simplified nutrition guidance to start, and an easy-to-follow plan, you’ll never have to guess what to do. No extremes, no all-or-nothing mindset—just sustainable progress that makes you proud of what you see in the mirror and confident in how you live your life.
**You will need access to various size dumbbells, an adjustable bench and mini loop bands.
Also, this is a BEGINNER friendly program but I do recommend you get clearance from your doctor if you're recovering from a surgery or injury. Must be at least 12 weeks postpartum.
